The Ultra's headline number is a drive unit rated around 850 kW, and the parts that support it - oil pump, heatsink, boost converter, cooling pack - are what make that number repeatable. This list gathers the Ultra drive and power electronics stock on hand.

What the drive and power set covers

Two drive motor assemblies anchor the list: the main drive motor assembly rated at 850 kW and a front drive motor assembly, which between them show how the two axles are differentiated. Around the motor sit the parts that decide whether it can be used hard - a drive motor heatsink and a drive motor oil pump, both pointing at an oil-cooled rotor arrangement. Power conversion and charging are represented by the boost converter with its boost filter, the high-voltage charging harness and a wireless charging module. Thermal support follows with a water pump and a water tank assembly complete with its electronic fan.

Motor assemblies are heavy and are quoted with packed weight. Oil and coolant circuits are drained before dispatch. Units are offered for inspection and benchmarking rather than direct reuse.

How to read a drive unit

The informative parts here are the small ones. An oil pump and a dedicated heatsink mean the rotor is cooled directly, not only by the stator jacket - worth confirming by looking at the shaft end and the oil feed into the rotor. On the converter side, note whether the boost stage is a separate box or integrated into the inverter, and how the filter inductor is constructed, since that is where the switching frequency and the EMI strategy become visible. The electric fan and water tank assembly show the size of the cooling budget the platform allocates to sustained output, which is the real difference between a fast car and a fast car that stays fast.

Availability and enquiries

Motors and converter assemblies are offered as complete units with condition noted. Ask for photographs of the coolant ports, the oil circuit and the inverter cover before committing.
